    I skipped last week runs. I just dreaded the treadmill but you know it was not to bad. I think I will be ok :)
    I had a great time I ran it with a 9.45 pace. Hurray

      I would love to, but have mommy duties. I am going to try to make it sometime.. just keep me informed. I also want to do your jazzercise sometime. I was going to take today off, but I think you have motivated me to try to put in more miles this week. You are so inspirational!
