    Been so long, I missed my turn down Bolmar St. and ended up running on busy Five Pts. Road. Wanted to run just 5 miles but extended loop took me up to 8. Luckily the heel still remains pain free.

    McNasty is back on the horse again (although more like a slow donkey). Good news is there was no heel pain for the first time in 3 1/2 months. Hoping for a better 2013.

    (4) 2000 w/ 100 (what's the point) rest. 8:13, 7:50, 7:44, 7:58. Glad to start the tapering down after that gut check in the rain. Now I know what to expect when I hit mile 24 at Lehigh.
