      I've got some really good cold weather gear this year so I'm pretty good and covered. Really the only thing is the eyes and the mouth. I have a cover for my mouth but then the thing gets wet and stinky. At 5:30 in the morning though I look like a robber and not a runner though.

    good riverband rally 8k 8 km 32:00

    I got first overall and a cool plaque to go along with that. felt okay. it was humid it was also windy for a good 2 1/2 mile stretch. very good atmosphere for the race
