As usual, 4 miles tempo bracketed by half-mile easy and half-mile walked on both ends - all in the time. Been knocking at the door of sub-8:00 on the tempo miles. Today's splits were: 8:05, 8:03, 8:15, 8:21. All within my target HR. Give me a couple more weeks!
