    More hiking: Clingman Dome - up to the tower then a loop out a mile and back on the AT. Then Mingo Falls and the Deep Creek Falls loop near Bryson City, NC. Legs were working better each day.

    First day on my post-Jim feet - couple of hikes to waterfalls with some decent climbing on the first one. Took it slow and easy. Saw a bear up close on the second hike!

      I hear you! I felt great yesterday but only had time for 3, today I feel bleh and I really should get out and get some miles. Might crosstrain instead. Long run tomorrow!
