This run SUUUUUUUUUUUUCKED!!!!!!!!!! One of those runs where your attitude is in the crapper from the first step to the last. Just couldn't get with the program nothing felt right just glad its miles on the books and not the couch. Tomorrow WILL BE BETTER!!!

    I hate that you had such a sucky run...hopefully tomorrow will be better. Sometimes life just seems to get in the way and when im pushing hard and really want to get a good run in, that when i usually have my worst runs, but i just think its part of the journey...ups and downs. Tomorrow will be better, thats what i tell myself. it helps..... sometimes! So far your pace and times have been awesome! Keep up the good work!
