I really felt like I was swimming instead of running this morning. Humidity sucks. Leg is feeling better. My pace was a bit better also. I go back to chiropractor today to talk about the xray he took yesterday and to get adjusted.

Nice workout! A good chiropractor can work miracles but finding the right one is the hard part and it sounds like you have a good one. I'm anxious to see how much you improve once you are adjusted and pain free.
