alright Morning therapy session... 3.52 mi 00:37 10:29 pace

Started while it was still dark, so that forced me to take the first mile extra slow. I told myself if my leg started hurting I would walk the rest. I really needed this run, for mental health, more than physical, so I am very thankful I was able to do it. Leg seemed to hold up, we will see how it does during the day. Seems it usually stiffens up as the day progresses. Going to the chiropractor in the morning. Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Stretch your legs from your hips to your toes and your IT Bands a couple times a day. Sitting in a chair cross legged with you foot/ankle on your opposite knee is a good one for IT Bands.

Oh and CHIRO's are hero'a in my mind. Since I pulled my back out over holiday I had to wait until Monday morning--KILLER. Luckily, my Chiro is used to my "non-planning" life and allows me to pop in. Hope you get 100%ASAP.

Nice early therapy run, Patricia. Stay cautious and keep it easy until the leg's happy again. Hope your chiro can help!

Patricia, don't worry, you are progressing the normal way since chiropractors are runners' best friends :-) Let us know what yours said about your leg and maybe ITB.
