    Good work Patricia. Dont forget to self massage those muscles out to help release the tension built up in them. I use a foam roller and golf balls (using the palm to firmly roll the balls) on sore areas.

    Thanks, guys. It feels a little better this morning. I decided to go ahead and run my usual 3+...so far, so good...but, I am still going to the Chiropractor tomorrow.
