    Considering I haven't run in ages, I'm pretty happy with this. I can't believe I'm going to attempt a half marathon in less than a month.

    First run since Emereld City. I took a couple of weeks off but I'm back on the road. A nice short 2 miles and it felt great to be running again.

    Really pleased with my performance! I ran the entire route which was my main goal and I beat my goal time of 1:30! Great race too!

    My test to see if I would survive next week's Emereld City Quarter Marathon. I walked a bunch and was slow but I did it and I am confident I can make the 2-hour course time limit.

    This was my first ever road race! It went great and despite the nauseating smell of livestock and fair food it was a lot of fun. I was really pleased with my performance and my time.
