      Dog gone - that sounds annoying. Hips are a good suspect. I have specific exercises from my chiropractor and trainer to work on mine.

    The forecasted snow never materialized and the wind has died down, so I took off for the fields between my town and Nordenstadt. It was a fairly flat route which was just fine with me.
