      That's a pretty fast pace, despite the heat. Well done to Casper, and to you. My girls are suffering in this heat :( Even Odin isn't keen on it.

    Hot, Hot, HOT...but....I managed to get this ride done nice and early. My car thermometer read 101* this afternoon...I sure wish the Germans had air conditioning!

    Had planned on this being longer but I got out a bit later than I had expected. I was carrying water, but I just wasn't feeling great at the 2 mile point, so I headed back to my car.

    This was a new class for me, but I really enjoyed it. It was just tough enough to be challenging, but nothing that I couldn't handle. I'll be back on Thursday for sure!

    The race started off in the pouring rain, but the sun came out after about the first mile. The volunteers did a wonderful job and I certainly was a colorful mess once they were finished with me.

    This class was a circuit of 20 stations, 1 minute per station, and twice through. Some of the things, like the lunges, my knees just weren't going to do, but I loved most of it.

    The instructor had some interesting new move using a foam roller. I love trying new things. :-) Make the class go by so fast.

    Took to some hills out side of my town, and then opted to run through town as a change of pace. The bakery was open for business and the smell was FANTASTIC! Sure wish that I was carrying some money.
