    Did a full-body weight working for 35 minutes, and then added 10 minutes of Power Stretching at the end. Happy Sunday everybody!

    Dropped a friend off at the airport and took advantage of the trails around that area. I love trail running AND running in a new area.

    After a decent warmup I took to the hills. I'd had a break from this for a couple of weeks so the first hill was TOUGH.

    Faced a full day of medical tests and knew that I wouldn't feel like running afterwards. I was right. I'm so glad that I zapped the zero early.

    At about mile 5 on yesterday's run my lower back started to get very tight. Today's Yoga session helped tremendously.

    The wind made it tough going and I was very glad to get this run in the books. All 9 miles are in honor of Sue R.'s challenge to run for our furry friends.

    Our weather here was beautiful, but crazy for January. Brilliant sunshine and temperatures in the low 50s!

    Things were still a bit skick in places, so I took this one pretty slowly. The sunrise made this cold run very worth it.
