    Headed down to the river's harbor in hopes of finding a breeze, but no such luck. I did see wonderful wildlife shenanigans. Flying cranes, swimming ducks, frolicking dogs and even a hunting fox!

    My legs are pretty tight from yesterday's brick, so I thought that the rowing was probably enough. I focused on the upper body and my core for this workout.
