    Sunny and warm here in Wiesbaden. I hydrated much better today, and carried water, so this felt pretty good.

      I am wondering how I will do when it's time to start toting water again. I have gotten away from my hydration belt. Thinking maybe I will wear my vest but only put water on one side, phone on other to balance out. Great sunny run!

      So glad you were able to stay hydrated as the warm weather ramps back up. Always surprises me how Weisbaden and Virginia have similar weather.

    No matter how many times I do core work, it always feels tough. That said, I can tell that I'm getting stronger, and I'm running pain-free, so tough is good.

    Since my Garmin wasn't charged like I thought that it was, this is a rough estimate. I ran my usual route and kind of enjoyed not looking at my watch all of the time.

    The wind was FIERCE out there! There were times that I felt like I was at a total stand still. I thought that March was supposed to go out like a lamb.

    They're calling for a drop in temperatures and rain starting tomorrow, so I knocked this out tonight. Besides a pretty wicked head wind at times, this run felt pretty good.

    I started out feeling tired and thinking that I'd just take it easy, and maybe make this a shorter run, but once my legs were moving I felt much better. There are days like that. :-)
