    The sidewalks were mostly clean, but the trails were a slushy mess. On the bright side, the snow drops and crocuses are trying to peek out of the snow.

    Was just about to head out the door for my run when a friend came charging down the hallway waving her running gloves and a big smile. Nothing helps pass the miles like getting all caught up.

    It was cold, but sunny, and there was very little wind. My boy is recovering nicely from his cancer surgery and is back to loving our long walks. I've missed this part of my best friend. :-)
