      I totally understand! We did rope jumping as a warm up for boxing and I almost died all the time. Tough work!

      I know, right?! I tried to teach my preK-ers how. They were broken into four groups and even though I had tons of rest between bc I had to model flipping the rope and stepping over...I was wore out!

      Weights are really causing soreness for me too. We ran after weights today and my legs and arms felt so heavy. Still new for me, hope it gets easier.

    Ran the front half of the race with my friend Tammy, handing her off to our second runner at the halfway mark who finished the race with her. We had BEAUTIFUL blue skies and great race course support.

    Left the legs alone so that they're fresh for tomorrow's half, but the arms, chest, back and core certainly needed my attention.
