    Took Casper to the trails and gently ran/walked with him. Not ready to hit things too hard, but my legs do feel pretty good and the calf knot seems to be gone.

      Gnah, sorry to hear that it didn't go as planned... sounds like we had a similar disappointing race experience this weekend but kudos for not giving up and fighting your way through despite the cramps! This will only make you stronger for your next race :)
