Monday ok, but the little legs are stiff today! I will be honesty, I thought it would be far worse!

I learned so much during that race and if there is a next time the last 3 miles will not be at a 12;00 pace.... hit the wall bad and pretty sure that it was because I did not eat enough breakfast. The last month lack of training did not help, but felt good and man that is a long way!!!!
