    Went well, probably will not do this distance every day yet. Did longer sets of 450, 900, 1800, and 450. Nice change, but I think my stroke technique suffers in the longer sets.

      opps, this is not correct. it was a bike ride and looks like I got it twice. Ok, well. I plan to take one tomorrow and will update this one then. I have to keep on top of these entries better ;)

    Did my 3rd swim workout in 3 days. It went very well. I'm surprised I'm not having any soreness and actually have got qucker each day. Maybe 3 x week was not enough.
