      Sir, next time please intimate me as well, want to start fitness regime as its high time... I don't know how well running will help me, but will start with walking and gradually start running insha allah....

      I am targeting this year completing the dream run category running and not walking.... and hopefully will target atleast half marathon next year....

      Yes. Waiting for monsoon and winter so can add up on intensity and endurance. It's still pretty hot.
