      still calf more rigid. started medicine from today, muscle relaxant, hope recover till sunday , so can ride 90 km.

    Rajpath club route today. Xtended the run by 2 kms than the usual 6. Did at a little slower pace to motivate and accompany zalak.

    Aaaah, this climb was even more difficult, especially after doing it back to back of Mt. Abu climb with just 40 mins of rest for breakfast and tea.

    Tea and Muskaben and lots of laughter.

    Super start of day.
