    I know the figures don't match, but towards the 3-k mark met a friend who needed a little bit of pacing for the Pinkathon and was more than glad to do so :)

    The humidity factor is kinda killing and on top of that a tempo run, not really good for the soul or sole!
    Running the hills inside Kanteerva was the only good part and yes b'fsat!

    400 mts repeats X 8 laps
    It was a good workout... no fatigue, was able to run the whole 400 mts w/o stopping in between... Thus I am able to pace myself!! :D that's good news right :)
