great Easy Peasy 9.75 mi 01:27 08:53 pace

Again this was actually 2 runs I did 4.75 easy on my own then an easy 5 with one of my high school athletes Riley. An incredibly beautiful evening to run a lot of people on the trail especially with their pooches. The highlights of the run were I high fived another runner, total stranger she just looked like she was having fun running. I think I made her evening, then as I was finishing up came up behind one of my former coworkers son and grabbed him and hollered gotcha. No cardiac arrest but he may have needed to change his pants.

    Great to see you logging again, Peter. It's got to be hard to juggle training yourself AND running with your athletes, too. Nice miles!
