9 month sabbatical from DM I am back to posting though I have still been checking in and following many of you. This was actually two workouts from last night the first being my training a 10k @ + 10-12 sec. at 45:30 a 7:17min/mile head wind at the end slowed it a little but a good run. I did this on Heritage trail and passed Nic Z. as he was out for a bike ride. The second was ladder sprint intervals with Michele H. at Memorial High School track. 100m :22, 200m :45, 300m 1:15, 400m 1:46, 500m 2:10, 600m 2:46, 700m 3:17, 800m 3:45, 700m 3:16, 600m 2:49, 500m 2:20, 400m 1:47, 300m 1:20, 200m :45, 100m :19 that is a killer workout for a marathoner.
