Holy tight calves!!! Ouch! Completely forgot I worked my calves yesterday while I was at the zoo chaperoning with my daughter...them calf raises n walking on my toes really did a number on my calves! This really was a progressive run, first mile took 10:36 and finished 8:46! Ouch! Another 10 for the week, stretching n massaging tonight!!! Happy Thursday you all!! ##GetOutThereMakeItHappen!##
