great Legs torture 02:39

Trashed the legs doing all kinds of legs how great my legs looking so that keeps me excited about my legs workout! I worked them to failure...stopped when I went to jump n landed in squat position almost flat on my ass...lmao. Light weights today but real funky workouts that I know for a fact I will be sore for DAYS! Gosh I love pain! Pain that pays off!
