45floors on stair master for warm-up before weights n 45 floors for cool-down after weights. Resting the legs today, no running n biking. Sleep well folks. I'm Ready to hit the bed already...oh i so wish I could....

    You are killing me here, all those stairs and you're resting the legs?? I wonder if that is what my PT thinks I am doing while resting, as well (he would be really disappointed as my resting is ahem quite different) Hope you slept well!!
