Something was off with the instructor today...Her energy level wasn't as high so i had to work harder at pushing myself so i could still get a great spinning session in. Lots of sweating, felt really good. After class I checked in with her and it turned out she hurt her back working out so she couldn't really push hard on the bike today :-(. hope she recovers soon. Hope u all had a great day. I will catch up with your workouts tomorrow...im too beat to even writer about my workout, nearly fell asleep in the shower washing my sweaty hair from spinning. goodnight zzzzzzzzzzzzzz


Sorry the instructor wasn't up to par with her class today. But you managed to still do a kick-a** workout all on your own. Great job!

nice of you to check on her.. many would have just been pissy and thought the worst.. An inspiration for her to NOT cancel the class... besides... how hard you push IS up to you!!! Great job for finding that inner push!
