Something was off with the instructor today...Her energy level wasn't as high so i had to work harder at pushing myself so i could still get a great spinning session in. Lots of sweating, felt really good. After class I checked in with her and it turned out she hurt her back working out so she couldn't really push hard on the bike today :-(. hope she recovers soon. Hope u all had a great day. I will catch up with your workouts tomorrow...im too beat to even writer about my workout, nearly fell asleep in the shower washing my sweaty hair from spinning. goodnight zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
