Not a lot of time for gym today, so worked the core and took spinning. So wish i could go to the gym tonight...did a lot of weighted crunches (80lbs), and weighted torso twist (70 to 110lbs). Abs were feeling tight and i was sweating!


You did a lot for only having the 30 minutes. Nice work, Pantha!
