Great leg workout, nothing crazy...enough work so they feel like i worked them but not too heavy so i can run in the morning. Lots lunges, toe walking with 45lbs plates, hack squats 450lbs, leg curls 90lbs to 120lbs, Single leg extensions 70lbs and 80lbs...and glutes 70lbs to 90lbs. Decent amount of reps and sets. looking forward to running and weights tomorrow.
