After the weights i went in the spinning room and did some speedy miles and lots of sweating! Had a great time spinning by myself! Looking forward to spinning class or a run in the morning! Hope you are all having a great weekend! Not sure how i got through 7 days of not working out but I feel awesome and happy to be back at the gym!
