Yay I'm back at the gym after taking a week off!! Made it to 7 days without doing anything!! It wasn't easy but i kept reminding myself of how good the long rest would be for my body! By day 4 i was feeling super amazing! This morning was i was so happy at the gym but didn't go too crazy lol. Started with the stair master! Felt great to sweat again!!! 90floors!!!
