Decided not to lift today and just worked the core...Super work, weighted crunches, high reps, lots of sets...abs on FIYAH!!!! Was tempted to at least working arms but i really wanted to take it easy today...but this morning's fast run left me with extra energy. Did some great stretching after. Crazy morning at the gym tomorrow! Bring it!!!
