This instructor wanted to kill me!!! Lots of climbing...thighs have been super sore, more sore than usual...Last time i worked legs was Monday. Survived my second spinning class for the day! Awesome workout but was so happy when it was over!!!! Slow speed, lots of hills and too dead to push the legs for sprinting...Hope my legs aren't too sore in the morning so i can enjoy a short run. I miss running...it's been a couple of days :).
