Ouch that hurt!!! Really pushed the legs this morning, really sore, just my thighs....Couldn't run, wasn't up for that kind of impact but i knew i could push through spinning. Lots of sweating! The instructor was a beast!!! Can't wait to go back to the gym after work today! Have a great day everyone.
