Great gym session...Spent 1hr doing all legs then 30mins shoulders...wow! Lots of heavy stuff 80lbs to 630lbs!!! Was sweating like crazy...another therapeutic session...things are tough but it will get better...Miss my happy self :(

We're both worried about each other Bob...we are gonna be okay. 630lbs was the max for leg pressing and hack squats :-). Felt heavy n good!
