Again, posting everything a day late...)This spinning session was super amazing! So needed it!! Took a lot of anger, frustration, and sadness on the bike! Pedaled harder than anyone in class!!! I felt better but the issues I'm currently dealing with remains....We all go through rough times at times...this shall pass....
