Forgot I ran earlier this morning lol. It was just an enjoyable run, some alone time. Got up nice and early to make pancakes for the kiddos before i went out. They woke up early so we had fun pigging out for breakfast...not so great of an idea before a run but i wasn't pushing the pace so it was fine....legs felt a little heavy and whined a little so I tortured them with a couple of hill repeats to shut em up, finished happy and didnt crawl home :). Temp was pretty nice.
