First time using this machine...boring at first but upped the resistance, pushed and pulled harder and faster and the sweat started pouring out!!! I'm not crazy about it but it kicked my butt so I'm sure I'll do it again....1700+ meters, 166 strokes...don't remember the other stuff on there...I was sweating even more when i stopped...Nice to finish the day with something new.
