200 burpees (with 1 to 3 pushups), several sets, and worked the abs for 10mins. I am gonna die in pain tomorrow!!! This was all before spinning class! It was raining out and didn't feel like running in it so did a shit load of burpees instead lol. Did some dancing too :). Great warmup and workout!!!!


Ah 200 burpees? Wow Magda that's awesome! I'm not one to do burpees (only if I'm being made to) lol

do sets of 10 10 12 and you'll knock 200 down before u know it! Just kidding...they are tough...i was sweating like crazy and felt like i was dying....thats why it took me so long to get them all in lol...

Great workout Pantha --- When I went into the Army those burpees were called squat thrusts.. They were 1 of 5 exercises in the PT Test. There was no running in the PT test in those days. Exercises were : ( push ups, pull ups, situps, squat thrusts, squat jumps )

@Ken, They are tough but awesome!! Strength and cardio work in one!!! I can feel my hr going up, the crazy jumps, squatting, pushups and the crazy sweating is proof this thing works!!! I'm always very sore the next day after i do them.
