Mostly legs! Focused on lighter weights machines...70lbs to 305lb Single Leg extension (70lbs to 80lbs), leg curl-seated and laying down (90lbs to 130lbs)) , glute (70 to 110lbs), hip abduction(305lbs) and adduction (250lbs) lunges (using free motion machine on 80lbs), weighted squats (110lbs). 8 to 12 reps of 5 sets each exercises. legs were a little tired from long run, spinning class yesterday and today but the got through the workout and feeling pretty good now. Finished with 20mins working Deltoids using lat raises machine (60lbs to 85lb), trying to get the Deltoids bigger...but looking good and strong.
