Overslept by half hour so missed 20mins of class...Glad i went to it anyway. IT was a great class! I knew this instructor like sprinting so i was nervous about how the legs would perform, plus i didn't want to work them too hard since today is leg workout day. Took about 10mins to wake up the legs and once they were awake i was sprinting fast and hard, with resistance/gear on 10 to 15. Great spinning class, great amount of sweating, went to weights right after.
