Just a little warm-up on the elliptical to wake up the body at 5am and a short cool down on the bike after weights. After only 4hrs of sleep the night before, my body was badly in need to catch-up on sleep last night...slept for a good solid 8hrs but did not want to wake up today. Warm-up was blaaaaaa and body felt tight.
