Literally swallowed a huge protein bar as I was walking into class so I would have the strength for this!! The stair master kicked my ass!!! But one the food kicked in I was on fiyah!!! The lady next to me said she’ll never sit next to me again because I made her feel too out of shape!! Some serious printing and hilling today!!! I was sprinting on 12 (never dropped it to 10 when the instructor said so and hills I was always 1 to 2 gears ahead!!! 24 kills so good!!! Ouch!!! Shit I managed to dance on the spinning bike today!!! Don’t ask me how! I really loved the music! Had to change my socks in addition to changing my clothes after class! Sweat everywhere!! A freaking river under that bike! So nasty good!!! Amazing class!!!
