Wow! What a day at the gym today! 4hrs+!!! Ahhhhhh feeling amazing!!! Started with the evil stair master!!! Decided today was the day I was gonna do an hour on that thing!!! Felt like dying at the end!!! Kicked my own ass!!! The machine stops every 20mins because the gym only has 5 of them…so every time it stopped, I had some water and hit the restart button! The 3rd I hit the restart button I questioned whether or not I could do another 20mins!!! I did it!! Done! Almost died but done!!! 1st 20mins (117 floors, speed 10 for 5mins then 11 the rest), 2nd 20mins (120 floors, speed on 11 and 12), 3rd 20mins (Oh shit I’m gonna drop. 116 floors speed 10 to 11, 12 for maybe 2mins and felt my hr was too high). 353 floors, 42.5 to 45 floors a mile, 8miles!!!!! Changed into dry clothes and rushed to spinning class!!! Had to change, i looked so grossed and nasty with sweat!! So many people looked as they walked by me lol...yea i know i look crazy but i dare you to do what i do!!!
