Did 500 crunches before going to the gym, spent another 15min using the ab/oblique machine and finished with the standing ab crunch machine. Great ab workout, felt so good. Busy week and weekend for me, Have not been able to comment on you guys workouts as much as i would like but i will try to stop by between tonight and tomorrow :-(. Enjoy your weekend everyone!!!
