great All legs 01:30

Legs were dead but pushed through the workout! Lots of sweating!! took it easy on the leg pressing and V-squat, only did sets of 450lbs, Calves at 300 to 405lbs, single leg extension at 60 to 70lbs, diffrent types on leg curl machines 80 to 130lbs, adduction (inner thighs) 295lbs, and abduction (outter thighs) 235lbs. Great workout, decent amount of reps and sets. I was dreading going to spinning class...legs are tired.
