Awesome back and shoulders workout!!! Not sure what the lowest weight was but i went up to 190lbs (4x45lbs plates) on the lat machines. Freaking awesome back work! Lots of Lat pulldown type of stuff and rowing, and back extension for the lower back. Right should was whining a little so took it easy on the weights when working the shoulders, only pushing a maximum of 80lbs on the lateral raises machines, and 85lbs on the deltoids machine...great stuff, felt really worked when i was then. Looking forward to a nice run and Leg weights session after work tomorrow. Have a great day u all.
