First day back at the gym since race day. Had a great time working the bis and tris...i felt a little tired. My body is still looking for more sleep to recover from Friday night and Saturday. Worked with 45lbs to 150lbs! Used 6 machines, the rest free weights. Didn't have to drop any of the weights, arms felt strong. Chest and shoulders tomorrow. Hope u all had a great day.
