Woke up at 430am to get a nice spin in and a 6 miler. Nothing crazy...Nice bike ride, a bit sweaty, just how i like it. No lifting today...had yesterday completely off and only cardio today...letting those muscles recover. Hungry to lift but gotta rest those muscles.
