5+ miles (225 floors) on the stair master is not joke. 42.5 to 45 floors a mile, speed level on 10. 590 calories crushed! Great workout! Lots of sweating. Was gonna try to go for an hour today but got to the gym 20mins later than i wanted to because i had to stop to get gas. I will get that hour soon.
