WOW! This class was a killer!!! 5th spinning class this week! Legs are toast!!!! Glad that instructor next class isn't until Wednesday! OUCH!!! Speed is so much slower today because she killed us with hills with gear on 18 to 24!!! You could hear all kinds of people begging for mercy in class today! As tough as it was I stayed 1 gear ahead the entire class! Proud of my hard work! This i addicting!!! I did this all week instead of running but time to get back on the road next week and maybe just 2 spinning class.
