BAM!!! Went out for 15 but when it was time to turn around i decided to make it a 20miler!! I was craving for some long distance running. So happy i did this! The last 3 miles were tough! It's been a few months since I've done a 20miler! Took it real slow for the first 5, then an easy 5, worked hard 10 to 15 and last 5 i slowed down. Not the pace i used to get for a 20miler but since my last marathon over a yr ago I've put on 10lbs of muscles! I felt really strong out there! Ran up the hills as hard as could! Abs and back were super sore from yesterday's workout but it was a good kinda pain so I enjoyed it. The weather was pretty good for the first 10 then it started to warmup, big sweaty sticky nasty mess by the time i got home, yuck! Time to go get my kids then nap time...I may hit the gym later!
