great Chest & Legs 02:00

Super awesome workout! I had a blast! 35lbs to 265lbs for weights, High reps, 3 to 5 sets each exercise! I felt high on energy the whole time at the gym! Body is feeling awesome!!! Really hit the hammies with a lot of leg curls today! ouch! I will feel them tomorrow, chest was supper pumped! Heaven!! Rest day tomorrow but I'm thinking i should at least just do cardio.....I'm gonna try to rest.

    I love it when I feel sore Alysha because that's my body telling me I worked hard and muscles are growing/developing. It usually forces me to rest so the muscles repair n get bigger next workout. Cold showers and stretching help too!

    That's the love part of a relationship- my muscles are sore because I worked hard! The hate part, though, is not being able to move without going, "ouch!" :) And, you "rest"?
