Super awesome workout! I had a blast! 35lbs to 265lbs for weights, High reps, 3 to 5 sets each exercise! I felt high on energy the whole time at the gym! Body is feeling awesome!!! Really hit the hammies with a lot of leg curls today! ouch! I will feel them tomorrow, chest was supper pumped! Heaven!! Rest day tomorrow but I'm thinking i should at least just do cardio.....I'm gonna try to rest.
