Sweating out some really bad food, alcohol and cake i had yesterday!! Slower ride with resistance on holy shit level for the most of it...here and there i would drop the resistance when that burning feeling got to be too much! Kept saying "You play you pay, burn that shit you fat ass!!! Sweat it all out biatch!! Burn it!!!" Super sweaty!! See why I cant be a trainer?! I would be very verbally abusive!!! LOL. Showered and went to the gym right after.
