Some other machine i can kick my butt with..incline on 20 (the max) and speed from 7 to 12, lots of sweating...After two days of rest I was ready to go crazy so I know i needed to sweat extra today!!! But i did it!!! Took sunday and Monday off!! Don't think i will be able to do it again soon but maybe i can do nothing on Sundays and make Mondays cardio day only so the muscles still get two days rest...We'll see lol.

haha thats funny, Patrick...I love the different types of torture i get from these machines...and the good thing is they work me really hard without the impact..i can kill myself on them and get out there a run the next day without any soreness in the legs...I do prefer running but hubby is not home most morning to care for the kids while i run :(. Cross-training is great..keeps the body ready to run whenever I can.

Gotta sweat heavy and hard, Bob. If I don't find myself saying burn baby burn, fiyah, and ouch on a machine then i didn't work hard enough lol.
