Some other machine i can kick my butt with..incline on 20 (the max) and speed from 7 to 12, lots of sweating...After two days of rest I was ready to go crazy so I know i needed to sweat extra today!!! But i did it!!! Took sunday and Monday off!! Don't think i will be able to do it again soon but maybe i can do nothing on Sundays and make Mondays cardio day only so the muscles still get two days rest...We'll see lol.
