300 flutter kicks, 200 reverse crunches, 200 bicycles, 400 reg crunches. Wow I was sweating like I was doing cardio! Ouch! Sweet burn! Used the foam roller on the legs and shizzled out some left over soreness from Sunday's leg workout and stretched the whole body! Now ready for bed. Goodnight you all.
